A complete cleaning, designed to leave the property in perfect condition for the next tenant or owner. It is deeper than standard cleaning, and focuses especially on details and areas that are not frequently cleaned. 

Includes:

GENERAL AREAS (entire home)

- Remove dust and cobwebs from ceilings and corners

- Wipe down walls (visible stains and marks)

- Clean light switches, outlets, and door handles

- Clean doors (both sides)

- Clean baseboards thoroughly

- Clean door and window frames

- Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors

- Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures 

- Clean entire windows and blinds

- Wipe out closets inside and outside

- Empty and clean trash bins

BATHROOMS:

- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs

- Clean mirrors

- Clean shower doors

- Clean inside and outside cabinets and drawers

- Remove mold and soap buildup

KITCHEN:

-Clean inside and outside of fridge, microwave, oven, and stovetop.

- Clean range hood and filter

- Wipe inside and outside all cabinets and drawers

-Clean and disinfect sink and faucet

- Clean countertops and backsplash

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM/BEDROOMS:

- Clean inside all closets and cabinets

- Vacuum carpets and floors, including under furniture (if any)

- Clean blinds, windows, and frames
