This service is designed specifically for short-term rental properties and ensures your space is guest-ready, clean, and beautifully presented for every new arrival. 

Includes:

GENERAL AREAS (entire home)

 -General dusting and disinfecting of all surfaces
-Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors
-Empty trash bins and take out garbage
-Disinfect light switches, remotes, doorknobs, and high-touch areas
-Check for personal items left behind and report damages if any

BEDROOMS:

 -Strip used bedding and make beds with fresh linens (if provided)
-Fluff pillows and arrange decor
-Clean mirrors and wipe down furniture
-Check under beds and in drawers for lost items

BATHROOMS:

 -Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, shower, and/or bathtub
-Refill soap, shampoo, and toilet paper (if available)
-Clean mirrors and polish fixtures
-Restock towels (if provided)
-Mop floors with disinfectant

KITCHEN:

 -Wipe down countertops and all surfaces
-Clean sink and faucet
-Clean exterior of appliances + inside of microwave
-Wash any used dishes or load dishwasher
-Check and organize fridge (light clean)
-Take out food trash and restock essentials (if provided)

LIVING ROOM/DINING AREAS:

 -Dust and wipe down tables and decor
-Vacuum rugs, sofas, and cushions
-Neatly fold throws and arrange pillows
-Reset the space to look inviting and cozy

OPTIONAL/EXTRA SERVICES (EXTRA FEE OR UPON REQUEST)

-  Deep oven or fridge cleaning
- Detailed grout or tile scrubbing
-Laundry service for linens or towels
-Restocking supplies (with provided items or a fee-based shopping service)
-Staging decorative touches or seasonal items
